Ready to level up your hiring with live compensation data?

We’re honored to partner with VC Platform to officially launch our new GTM compensation tool, Comp Engine, and share the 2024 hiring trends we’ve observed this year with our community. Many of you might remember us from this year’s Summit in Miami, where we received overwhelming positive feedback on the idea of a live compensation tool for the GTM space.

Our current VC partners rely on our annual compensation guides for benchmarking, but they've consistently expressed a need for a real-time tool based on actual data, without the high costs usually associated with new software. That feedback inspired us to create Comp Engine, and we're excited to show it to you.

Because of your invaluable feedback, we want to host a special webinar where all live attendees will get free access to Comp Engine. This tool was built specifically for you, and we’re eager to hear your thoughts.

During this webinar, we’ll cover:

  • The reveal of our new product, Comp Engine – a platform with up-to-date compensation data that you can filter by industry, company stage, location, and more.
  • 2024 Hiring Trends: The rising demand for enterprise hiring, first sales hires, and the rise of growth marketing.

We’d love for you to join us and share your feedback.

Hope to see you there!
